Design a reservation platform for affordable rooms for me!

Aloha, I'm looking for a website developer to work with me on creating an online reservation platform for hotels & rooms throughout the United States. The ideal website will allow renters and travelers to sign up for accounts, submit there rental, and allow for booking ease. There will be a small service fee to use the website, and a small service fee to list your room (going to set it up so first 100 listings are free). Here's a list of features I want the website to include, but not limited to : - Member registration for buyers & sellers- Custom header options- Social media integration- Responsive design- Custom graphicsI primarily work with WordPress and I'm not so sure that it will be able to handle all of my needs.
