Design a BST for me

In short, I worked with three designers, and each of them had some problems and could not complete the work. Am I now looking for a fourth person who would do that to me? HELL NO!

So what do I need?

- someone creative
- someone who is good with designing tools
- someone who can make a good, professional BST design
- someone who will make this in less then 4 day
- someone who will create a few concepts per my requirements

I don't like flashy things, I don't like emboss and glossy things, I like it when you can see that something looks good because of the minimalistic features on it.

What will you get from me?

- elements which will be on the bst
- the text which will be on the bst
