Descriptive Name or Personal Name in username and profile?

Hi,

When creating accounts on Twitter and Google Plus, is it better to use a descriptive username or a personal (fake) name?

For example, for weight loss niche, is it better to use
1.
Username: The Best Weight Loss Methods
Bios: Follow us for the top 10 weight loss methods in 2014

2.
Username: John Lincoln
Bios: Personal trainer specialized in weight loss exercises, love reading and meditation

Which one is more likely to be followed back when I use the follow/follow back strategy?

Anyone can provide some insights?

I'd say you go for the second. Stuffing you keyword everywhere might not be a good idea in the long run, for starters they might start banning faster, like facebook does for not being a real person. Second people might not want to follow an account with all those keywords in the name because it looks like a bot and people are getting tired of spam. Id' say make them look as legit as you can.
