another UPDATE
so i made a really badass proposal for these companies (8 pages long) with $5k of services.
One guy got back to me (and did not read it) and said to contact him when I am beating XYZ chiropractor in my area. (douche!)
The other one was VERY receptive and I know I will hear back from him.
im telling you guys this proposal is AWESOME and no sorry i wont share it.

if you going to make the domain as CitynameChiropractor.com , best you can take it for your self, rank it high with some SEO, and then tell more than 3 or 4 chiropractors in the city to get a ad space in it
I've got to ask - how are you pricing your services? I'm looking at a niche where a new customer could mean between $50-$1000 profit/month, and there are 2-4,000 broad searches a month in each city. I know I need to price it high enough to reflect its inherent value, but I don't want to overdo it. How are you coming up with your pricing?

Made me laugh, only because I've experienced the same thing, put a lot of work into letters (48 of them) and got no response. BUT the important thing is to continue even after a terrible mailing, your greatest failure is right before your success or so they say.
To the OP, good job taking action, I'll be interested to see how many more respond and if you can close your second guy (That'll be a darn good close ratio

IM back with a small update
so, nothing big yet but I will follow up with the company soon. Yesterday I received three letters in my mailbox as those letters did not make it to the companies(they probably moved). Oh well, that just increases my response rate even higher.

I have read thousands of posts on this offline method across the internet and have learned a ton. I'm building my first site as we speak. The exact term gets 650 searches a month. My interest is consistent monthly passive income. Once this site is ranked I'm thinking of asking around $600 per month. That's just one site. I have a lot of sales experience and am awesome at copywriting, it's just a question of getting my site ranked and keeping it ranked. Any idea where I could find a "terms of agreement" the client could sign?

Also the search volume is so low, you will get only 20% max traffic even you rank spot 1, that's 40 to 60 visitors per MONTH, remember those are BIG cities, so I do not see any reason how you bring good results to companies in such cities, even it's $10 per click, I can simply spend $500-$1000 on adwords, why I need your $5000 service?

The city I have targeted and I am on the front page has over 2000 hits a month.

UPDATE
So, I ended up calling the guy and he basically said that hes struggling to get his company up and running and having a hard time with employees. I asked to come in just to explain what my company does and he told me to call him back in three months.
This project has been put on the back burner as I have been developing software. It has been a crazy few weeks. I have landed a shit ton of new clients, lost a 15k project and now I am about to go in and talk with a company about developing a software for $50k
My next plans are $1,000-$2,000 of Google PPC, im going to send out 500 letters to local companies similar to this method.
Initially I was going to spend 10k on ppc but I am doing other things with my company like a car wrap and more direct letters.
I have expanded my services and they now include iphone and android application development and I am really going to focus on custom built software for large companies.
Just thought I would update you guys. If you have marketing advice I would love to hear it. I have a fat bank account right now and have at least 5k extra laying around for marketing purposes.

I have this idea in mind, but only problem that i dont have large cities in my country (Latvia) , in capital city there are 700k People only , but search volume for any keyword isnt big, for example, [Capital city name] Dentist - 28 exact broad - 480 , it just isnt worth it.
For other niches it isnt getting much searches too.
I could target some keyword like - Dentist (in my language) Or used cars (in my language)
It gets more searches/Month 3000 exact. and then i could sell site to some huge used car seller, 50% of population lives in capital city, so this could work
What you think about this ?

I think that you could easily rank sites for lead generation, make a deal with to companies prior to you ranking and ask them if they would be interested in you sending them leads for their business. Tell them you are an internet marketing expert and you specialize in the procurement of clients. I would have a website about your company, be able to be articulate and professional. Call them first and then look how easy it is to contact companies. Get to know them , build the sites, rank them, and then start selling leads. You can digitize the system and it can be a nice revenue venue for residual income. View this video below for some inspiration of contacting companies. Do not use the method in this video, just use your local directories.

Atm im scraping keywords, with nice search volume. I know it would be easy to rank , my county is small. It would take 2 weeks or so, maybe less.
My plan is to make them as recuring customers, they pay me $500/Month and i add theyr mobile phone/Email /All info about them on my site. I get money, they get buyers
Or i could sell them site for $3-$10k, but it would take time for them to see if my site has potential to get customers for them
$10k would be great for me to start my offline business, thats what i want to do.
I will contact 100 business soon, and will make free websites if they sign up with my hostgator aff link.
These methods are great, but they take time, but its deffinetly worth all my time, because huge money is made !
Ohh and what about google ads ? If i enter keyword i see tons of ads on #1-#5 spots. Should i make website anyway ?
Im 18 years old now, and if these methods works and i can make my business till 19, then im on my way to success !
