Yo,

My site has good positions for a while now and isn't moving in SERPS anymore.
Receiving about 300 uv/month, highly targeted, that are searching for a dentist in this city.

Now I've written an email and I've sent it to about 15 dentists so far to get them warm, and I'm not coldcalling.

Now when shall I call them? A couple of days after the email? And does anyone think I'm doing something wrong?

I provide them value by offering a spot on my website with 300 potential new clients every month.

And how do I redirect the visitors to their site if they have one? And does my site then drop in serps and their site rise?

seems you have done everything right so far, you do need to call them soon

also maybe use snail mail and send a pack to them, always looks better to get something in the post

Can you tell us your website to see if it is attractive to them?

Send them a package with detailed information on how they are potentially missing out on 300 customers. Describe to them how much money they are missing out on to possibly their competitors!

Go get that $$$

Ok thanks. Yes, snail mail may work, but I've decided to call them instead and to make an appointment or close the sell on the phone. The email is only to get them warm a bit. Snail mail is more for people that are affraid of calling.

What I'm worried about is that they maybe already have enough clients...
Next to that, I'm worried that I'm going to get turned down by receptionists that think I'm just another telemarketer.

What opener shall I use for the call? I don't know whether the owner of the company is male or female.. so I can't say; may I speak to mr/mrs Blabla?...

no one ever has enough business rule number 1

it will always be the receptionist that tales the call and they can be queens of their own hill, however tell them you have sent the email and you will be choosing which dentists to work with as you have laser targetted customers for them.

You need 30 minutes of the proprietors time can you book a slot now

and so on

You didnt do anything wrong until now.As far as you had done is correct. There is no need to worry that your site drop in serps.Just go directly to contact them and explain about your site and the traffic clearly if possible.

No I'm not giving my site away;) But it has wordpress theme: shell lite, so pretty basic.. When they have a website themselves, I just can redirect my site to them right?

Yeah, but I could also do that on the phone, can't I? But yes, I've read a LOT about this type of offline marketing and that is a good alternative.

Sadly this is not true. When I was prospecting in my city I called many dentists and they said they loved what I was providing and they know they need it but they already have enough patients and they would just mess up their business if they got more.

If you have trouble cold-calling or they're not interested / don't believe your stuff has power, here's a twist I used to persuade my city's dentist :)

Install gravity forms (I'm assuming you're using wp), make your visitors fill in their data there - "Fill in the form below, describe what kind of dental care you need, this way we can match you with the best dentist on that blahblahblah"... it won't convert very heavily, but you'll get some leads. Then email the lead to the dentist you want to rent your page to and say that you have potential clients like this one below, coming from this site: <your site>

They'll be pissing honey <3

Get a virtual number and redirect it to their phone number. You will be able to know how many people call them in a month.

^^^ +1
place the number on your website and that way you could track the number of calls and do not redirect your site to their because that way google will replace the sites in the serp
