Dentist = God?

Someone comes up with a method and uses dentists as an example now everyone and their brother is trying to make dentists websites...

LOL...

Broaden your horizons people!

I thought it was interesting too, specifically because those people are ignoring all the gold nugget professions. I'm using the method as well but not with dentists and therefor have little competition and I'm killing it.

It's how the world works, not just here on BHW. People tend to be sheep. That's what makes IM so profitable, because crowds are predictable, they follow each other.

Yeah, there are a few people in my town trying the dentist thing... Funny thing is, i made a dentist website and just undercut them by charging less. Now the Dentist are mine.

But i to have moved on to more obscure local niches, less money but easy pickings.

Lets them do the Dentist thing, and smart people will do the lawyers/accountants/surgeons/vet things...

Some people just following instructions being affraid to twist it, but what they dont see is that there is like 100 people doing the same and all of them will fail in misery...

i know which thread your referring to. 10k offline or something along those lines. what kind of search traffic are using basing your sites off of? theres plenty of niches but how many visitors a day is reasonable

My dentist site gets around 15 uniques a day which is good because it is ultra trageted. I also get one call aday of someone who wants a consultation with the dentist

i will be renting it out some time next week i just finished scraping all the dentist emails for the area that i am targeting..

if i don't rent it then i will just use it as a proof site..

how much you want for that site monthly?

There are so many different local niches you can pick out and dominate. If you are in a smaller town where no one knows crap about SEO, you are golden

Everyone is targeting Dentist's because of a Shoemoney post a year or so ago, where he talked about setting up and selling leads to dentists. So everyone is trying to copy that.

Not too long ago, I sold my dentist site to the actual dentist because I was getting 15-20 calls a day. The guy didn't believe me at first but I sat at his office all day answering these calls.

Made a very nice penny off that site.

I know many of you enjoy the anonymous feeling of being behind the computer but you go out and pound the pavement 2 days and I can assure you will get 3-6 mos worth of rent on those days.
