Dennyboy's Mass Twitter - Who can help?

After seeing the great reviews about Dennyboy's Mass Twitter I decided to purchase it but for some reason, I cannot even get it to open on my computer. I'm gonna try it on a laptop but if anyone can take a look at the attachment here, maybe you can offer a suggestion on why this error happens every time I try to run it.
Oh, and for the record, Dennyboy has been FIRST RATE in his customer service and in offering a refund for the prog not working. Clearly this is an issue on my computer but he was excellent in trying to help.

hi buddy, you lost a file named update.exe , some anti-virus software think the auto update program (update.exe) is virus ,so delete it automatically. Just contact Dennyboy to send you new softare package and you maye need disable the anti-virus software or add an exception to anti-virus software.
