What tool do you use to verify the location of a certain account's followers. I want to target accounts that have most of their followers from usa.

hello you can use jarvee and target people from their location that they put in their posts

No tool or bots out there in the market can do that, all the targeting of demographic you'll need to understand are just estimation to it's best ability set by the developers.

So I'd suggest enabling all filters you can such as English names only, location of posting and etc.
