Demographic Targeting With Financial Services

Hey guys,

Does anybody have experience with bypassing Google when it comes to targeting while running a financial service campaign? I'm in a grey area niche (car loans) and I've been able to get by the review process for my ads. Everything is running but according to the owner of the affiliate offer I'm running, he claims he's able to target certain demographics while I've gotten the restriction errors when I try to target.

Does anybody know of any information or have suggestions about this topic by any chance?
