Demand for blockchain specialists?

What do you think if there is a lot of demand for Blockchain specialists?
I mean, people/businesses/companies in the blockchain niche need such specialists and if they are paying well?

Where you would look for jobs if you know well about blockchain technology, about smart contracts and so on.

If you are pretty good as a programmer/blockchain expert just reach out to the top token providers.

90k£/year on London for a Blockchain engineer for Ripple on a 2 year experience position. Go for it, or maybe Data Science (ML engineer is what pays BEST if you want to be a Freelance, this is the number 1 )

Yeah, I read somewhere that it pays about $100k a year, but can it be done totally online like a freelancer? And it's interesting to know how much work it requires on daily basis, or weekly.

This is what I am thinking too. Blockchain technology is very young and it will be huge in the following years, i know some stuff about blockchain,but now thinking maybe its a good idea to dive much deeper.

Most crypto jobs are 100% online. They request you send a picture and include you in their collaborator gallery.

There's demand especially in ICO projects. The market isn't very hot right now though, so you might not get a job immediately.

I would go for ML engineer instead of Blockchain. I can see everywhere that it's the next big thing and long lasting one. Blockchain is not because the big work is to set it up, maintaining it would cost less. Plus, the market is dead now, and if you find a job, you have a high chance of it being a scam or a dying project (because mainly, it's start-ups, you already know that 9 out 10 start up fails, so ...)
And yes, you can work online, especially as a tech man. But ML engineer / Data Scientist is not something you learn just by reading a tutorial, you have to be smart, have great skills in problem solving, understanding results and statisticals/mathematical theorems so that you can apply the best combinaison in order to see your expected result.
When a Java/Python/C coder earn 400$ per day, a Data Scientist is around 1000$ per day and a ML Engineer is around 1250$ per day.
So that's not just coding, I would suggest a strong academic basis on engineering or math to even start with those two last jobs.
