Seen a thread saying I have such product and listed all what the product have and he was asking if there is a demand and how much would you pay for it
a year ago I did the same thing to see if there is enough demand before starting a BST but the thread get deleted and even got an Infraction for "selling outside the market place"
but another admin considered today thread as he is "looking for advice"
I was looking for advice also
I see some rules are very abroad so each admin will see it from different angel
I want to know if such thing is allowed or not as it will help me also see if there is a demand of any service I may provide.

Where the questions is consistent, the answer is consistent - however the question being asked in this case https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/anonymous-debit-cards-demand.1447975/ is different to many of those that are rejected as @Brian Alexander is not trying to sell outside of the marketplace with a thinly veiled "would you buy this from here for this price" style of thread. Here they are asking if this would be an option that the community would be interested in. If this later comes to pass that they are list building or selling outside of the marketplace, then relevant actions will be taken and the account may be lost.
