Dell XPS or Asus Zenbook

Seems like Dell XPS is the clear winner here

Dell XPS 15 seems more popular and the 11th generation one has just been launched

I wonder if its available for sale in India with all the Dell showrooms closed if anyone can chime in and that they have purchased the XPS 15 the latest one
I prefer gorgeous displays, so I suggested Dell XPS. Though I have not bought one yet. Have you checked whether if there is an option to buy from the Dell official website?

Don't want to buy anything online especially for the cost I am paying but would want to visit 4-5 stores for quotation and see how helpful and knowledgeable they are

I'm an XPS 13" owner, it's a decent quality laptop. Have tried zenbook and it's alright, but my vote goes for xps anyways, it's a real mac killer.

What about LG Gram? Now I'm looking to get one for me, 17 inch screen but same weight as XPS 13 inch.

MacBook out of the equation as many of the softwares that I have do not support plus people telling to install some software which will help me run them on Mac
Yeah, Parallels. Windows software is supposed to work better than on windows laptops with it. Can't wait to get my hands on the 16 inch one in July.

XPS is the perfect laptop for non-gamers.
It is a premium model, made with the finest materials, but the good models are kinda expensive

Should I go with the XPS 13 touchscreen or not guys?

Don't want the touchscreen to screw the battery backup...

I've have a Dell XPS 15 for a few years now (1050 ti, 16GB RAM), still runs very good and handles everything perfectly. Only had one issue with my laptop not wanting to charge properly, but that was fixed by dell for free.

I've been researching myself, but it sems like both the new XPS and the new ZenBook have major quality control issues (for the Dell, this has mainly to do with a very faulty trackpad). That said, reviewers seem to be loving these Ultrabooks.

I'd recommend Dell, as I've owned 3 Dell machines in the past and they have all been very reliable. The customer support is amazing; probably the best amongst all the big (Windows) laptop manufacturers.
