Deliverability Test. Help Needed.

I am planning to run a test on email deliverability, particularly what effect clickers and openers have over time. I already have a 1,000 of Yahoo and Hotmail accounts.

But I can't seem to find a way to efficiently open messages and click on links inside.

Can somebody suggest what solution would be and what will it require? A script? If so how much should I pay for something like that?
