deleting youtube please help (its more complicated)

so im looking to delete my YouTube account (i know how to do that part) but im under a contract with my network but if i delete it will that contract go too? i don't want to be sued or anything but i was also thinking of uploading copyright videos like music videos so they would ban me then i would delete it? please help

So you want to upload copyrighted content because you're afraid of being sued if you delete your account. :cow_yello
Simply delete it. Nobody was sued for this and even if they sue you, they have no chance to win, your account may be hacked by a competitor, nasty viruses on your PC and so on, they cannot prove that you have deleted your account.
