It doesn't matter how fresh you start, you can anytime get negative reviews by some of your clients, random scammers, frustrated local-guides, or even the admirers of your competitors. Sooner or later you have to learn how to fight back with such negative reviews.

1. Verify that if the user leaving review on your business was your actual client and it was any of your mistake for his bad experience, respond him politely, agree for the mistake, compensate them for the negative experience. If it was client's own mistakes then explain it properly while responding on review.
2. If it was not genuine client then report him immediately.
3. Make it a practice to address your clients issues and compensate them at your own store so that they don't need to write everything in reviews.
4. Keep asking your happy clients to leave a review.
5. Ask your staff to always be polite with customers and train them how to deal with angry and overdemanding clients.

The way you deal with the bad clients will determine prominence and success of your business because good clients are served good everywhere so they don't make much difference among competition.

i completely understand your point and i am always responding to clients on my sm pages but my google presence is more negetive then postivie for my business and this is why id rather eliminate my presence from google search

If you think a #Restart once is the most feasible way at this moment then yes, you can do it. But remember that it don't give option to delete the listing, it gives option to "no longer manage the business" or mark it permanently closed. And in both cases, when the business name will be searched, Google can still keep showing your listing.

Before you used to be able to post porn images which would trigger Google to delete it but you can't dot hat anymore.

Depending how verified you are, you can start by changing little things....fire the address. Then the website, then the business name and then use another Google account to mark the listing as being fake. Google will review and then remove it from your control and mark it permanently closed.

The reason to make those changes is so that if people search your business name, the permanently closed listing won't show up

Why don't you publish few positive reviews and also publish Few Positive News About your Brand, Don't delete you GBM profile. You can also hire someone to get delete negative reviews from your google business listing.

First thing to make sure is that you are actually deleting the GMB. Simply removing it from your account may not remove it from Google Places

This pretty much covers it. Deleting the listing is just a temporary fix.

You should delete your account and create a new one. And try not to get any more negative reviews from your customers. Try to be a responsible owner

You can delete your Google Business listing by going to the Google My Business dashboard, selecting the listing, and choosing the option to delete it.
