Will permanently deleting demonetized (removed from YPP) channels due to reused content that are connected to my Adsense account remove the track / footprint of the demonetized channel from my Adsense account?

If your adsense account is safe why you should Care about your deleted account just create a New one and start working

I'm assuming that, that's what will work, given all the recent updates with YouTube and monetization.

Yes, it should erase the demonetized channel's track record from your Adsense account, but it may take some time for the changes to be reflected.
