Deleting Comments on IG

I'm trying to delete a couple negative comments on my clothing brand page (we run ads on it) I delete it , then a second later it comes back or "cant connect , try again later"

Anyone have experience with this issue or how to resolve?

Can you deep refresh the page and see if the comments were already deleted or is no longer on the post? Could be that or it could be the deletion is delayed somehow.

Yes, that kind of error its show only when you delete/remove followers etc... from desktop. Close your instagram from desktop and do it by the phone and will be ok.

Did you do it in browser?
Try in browser, it should work. There is nothing complex there about it.

I did this , logged out , and still nothing.

Try logging into your account again and attempt to do so on another device. If the issue persists, it might be a technical glitch within your account. Additionally, it could be a result of deleting too many comments at once, which could raise suspicion and lead to temporary restrictions. In such cases, the restrictions typically resolve themselves within a few days.
