Delete number and use it again on other account

Okay, and I suppose if I'm asked for an ID verification and I delete the account (I'm actually not sure if it can be done once you are asked for ID verification), it's better not to use the phone number I used on that account ever again?

You can use the same phone number but Facebook varies when that is allowed. Usually its around 3-6 months

I create FB apps with publis_actions permission and I sell them.
When I started this I used to create many apps from same accounts, until fb restricted theaccounts from creating apps because one of app's admins (the buyer) did not followed fb TOS,ofc.
With all these I created other fb accounts and verified them with the old sim cards from accounts where I got restriction, and It was working fine.
Now I don't wait the restriction, after 4-5 apps created I leave the account and I create another one with the same sim card)
