Delete Inactive Instagram Account

Hello!

I'm looking for someone that knows how to delete an inactive account.

I'm working for a brand that wants a specific Instagram @handle but the @handle is already taken by an inactive account since 2016. I tried to DM the account but since it's inactive I didn't get a response.

Please don't suggest to me Reports from SMM Panel, because we bought already and nothing happened.

Let me tell you even if you manage to get the account banned you'll not get the username. It goes forever along with that account.
There is no provision of getting the username released even if it's an inactive account unless you trademark that username and reach out to Instagram based on your trademark.
