why you delete friend request??
if you want followers, first step is turn on your follower setting on fb. if you already turn on follower setting.
So everyone who send you friend request and you didn't accept it, it will automatically turns to your followers.

For the Facebook algorithm it has pure value friends over followers...careful...fow come a person who is not your friend via friend request becomes a follower?
I mean if someone send you friend request , just dont accept or decline that friend request and it will automatically that person will be your follower.

I am a noob on here..and in some aspects with SEO/Digital Marketing/Graphic Design. With the social media...I NEVER delete people...in fact...I welcome them to the page. Helps to show that you are interacting with people...even though it might be a one time thing...but the thing I never do is delete people...
