Delayed Order, seller not responding (@qualityservice)

I order for a Google Cloud Account on the June 28, 2019 and it's been more than 3 weeks still seller has not fulfilled the order.

He started that it will be delivered within 48 hours. On the day I was supposed to get my google account I didn't hear from him. I kept messaging him, no response.

Then he replied, saying he had a personal problem. The best thing for him to have done if you can't deliver just refund. You won't be online for days. It's been 3 weeks now. Last time he came online was July 8, 2019.

As mentioned earlier to Mods and on my BST, my father expired due to which I could not come online. Even at that time, I myself PMed @MisterF and told him everything. I was having funds in skrill at that time and asked him to provide his skrill email so I can refund. But neither the OP nor @MisterF had skrill account.

Anyway, Just logged in yesterday itself.

I apologize for the delay in delivering the order but sometimes, things are not in your hands. He was too close to me and his demise is unbearable to me.

Anyway, this is IM and people here are only for money and will never ever understand others feelings and emotions.
