    Delay Reason: My father passed away, So I can't able to come online/reply to our humble customers. I really apologize for the delay.

    Already I have completed, who raised (kopra) the shitlist.

    Existing Client: vortez - Already I have updated pending article in Google Drive. Maybe, he forgets to check the Google drive.
    donald_t - Already he confirmed delivery status on this thread. Thanks a lot for confirmation and patience too. :)

    All those people asked for refunds. Now, you decide to complete their orders all of a sudden. You've been avoiding e-mails and any form of communication throughout the process and it got to the point that I was glad I was out and received something. The articles you wrote are garbage and I have to rewrite the content. You take all the money upfront and then you only complete the work once the shit hits the fan and we, as buyers, just have to take it as is, since you're holding our money hostage. This is no way to do business and you're lucky I didn't ask for a Paypal Chargeback.

    2) No. To ask for a refund now wouldn't be fair, nor can I ask for a partial refund since I can't fairly gauge/value the work done. The content needs a lot of work and I can't ask the seller for revisions or I'm going to end up waiting my whole life for the website. He has put me in an awkward position and he knows it.

    One more thing concerning the seller is the contradicting refund policy he has. If you take a look at his sales thread, in the end, under "Our promise" it says:

    "To prove our confidence in the service we provide and their value to you, we are offering a money back guarantee. Once an order is processed and has been initiated there will be no money back. A refund can be considered if you contact us regarding the concern within 24 hours of placing the order"

    What concern can you have 24h after placing the order when the seller can't be bothered to reply for 3+ days? What is a money back guarantee here? When I read the rules about sales threads, I'm pretty sure sellers needed clear refund policies and this doesn't come off as clear.

    A sellers refund policy doesn't come in as a major factor in a Shitlist. Some of these aren't enforceable, most aren't lawful.
    An example is someone saying no refund once work is started. So I order 1st July 2019 and 1st July 2020 I'm still waiting for the delivered work?

    I asked for a new article since I found one of the articles was totally unrelated to my niche (similar product, yet totally different purpose). Seller hasn't replied yet.

    After realizing that the theme @fullyniche installed on my website is nulled, I have decided to ask for a refund. This is unacceptable to me, as I don't feel safe using it (as I don't have the skills to check it myself), nor do I have access to updates. As an example, my theme is version 7.7 (ReHub), while the newest version is V9.1.4.

    I ask @fullyniche for a complete refund.

    @fullyniche is a scammer, I have tens of screenshots on his plea and I've been on this since the beginning of this year. He sells craps.

    Just this morning, was saying he can not pay again and pushing other services to me

    UPDATE

    Seller once again ignoring the fact that he installed a nulled theme and that he has been avoiding me (and this thread) throughout the process. He also claims to have told @MisterF the "same reply", by which I'm not sure what he means. It's clear he wants to prolong this process as much as possible, or he would come here and resolve it.
