DELAY VSL

I created a complete product, including the page, VSL, and everything else. My VSL, with the speed increased to 1.26x, ended up being 41 minutes long. My first sales pitch (with the real price) was 30 minutes. I tested the ads with a daily budget of R$100 on Facebook Ads, and left it for two days. It got 800 CTR clicks on the link and no purchases or initiate checkouts, literally none. After that, I made some changes, removing the 30-minute delay and adding a progress bar to the video (since I removed the bar that shows the video's total time). The progress bar is just an indicator of whether the video is at the beginning, middle, or end. I reactivated the campaign with the modifications, and in 3 hours, I made my first sale and got 24 cart completions. What I want to know is if the page delay with this duration still works, or is it better to leave it without a delay nowadays?

Can you recommend any courses on Digital Marketing (sales funnels, strategies, updated VSLs)? Anything is fine, and it can be in English, no problem.

I am new to BHW and don't know much about how it works, haha.
