Deindexed or no?

Hey everyone, have a microniche site that I just launched. Anyways, saw it appear in google with the site:WEBSITENAMEHERE command, Then about 4 hours later it was gone and hasn't shown back up... Its only been about 3 days since registering the domain, so wondering if that's playing into it, but I know I never got any deindexing message in Google Webmaster Tools, so not quite sure what to think...

Any ideas?

I will go ahead and say nevermind on this question. I checked this morning and after being de-indexed for 2 days, my site showed back up this morning and at number 77 in the serps Back to work to move it to number 1!

Like in a traditional morter busines, micro managing will never end in a optimal result. View your sites as your employees, there to make you money. You dont want to spend too much time to over see what they are doing.

By all means check up on them every now and agian to make sure the are not spending all their time on facebook, but if you check their SERP's every couple of house your opportunity cost is huge are you are missing out on new/potential opportunities.
