Deindexed domains?

I have a bunch of domains penalized by google and deindexed from my PBN.

Around 20 or so total domains.

Is it worth 301ing these to a parasite, or a site of mine, or do they not pass link juice since their deindexed?

No point, not indexed on google = non existent

what should be the advantage doing so ? not there - no power.

you could check on bing if that is a market for you.

Maybe the problem come from your host IP and info domain

What do you mean? All the links built to it will pass juice after 301 - if the site is not there, the links will still be.

It will tank the site within months if it's penalized.
