Deindex site Gets Re-index

I have about 4 domains that were very recently deindexed; all were part of a blog network I own. I got lazy and didn't set these domains up properly and now I'm paying the price. Has anyone had any experience with getting domains re-indexed by Google?

It's not going to happen overnight.

Step 1: Make your blogs look nice. If you have ads everywhere, take down some of them. Put up some good content.
Step 2: Disavow the links that you think got you banned.
Step 3: Start building some legit links. Build your site's credibility.
Step 4: Submit a reconsideration request to Google.

change all meta tags, the design and if possible the script, then advice the blogs fresh server ip, then there could be chance

Replace your old ip to new ip....Change your themes, design and then approach google...It will index in google
