Define a good G, Youboob, etc PVA account

Hi,

Thanks in advance for any replies. Please define a good G, GeeMail or YouBoob PVA. I'm thinking about PVAs on the side for cash.

For example:

1. Aged 3 months
2. Has a picture in the profile.
3. Personal options configured.
4. Emails sent and received to different services.
5. Has a G+ page or registered for other G services.
6. Can access YouBoob and make comments, etc.
