clickcease seems to detect clicks but you need to pay anyway, is there a tool which really helps with ad bots?

Most tools only help you make a case to big G that they should refund some of the money.

You should have somebody help you with a IP, USER AGENT log on you website where you can check "suspicious" clicks in un-natural timeframes. Then add this IP-s to the exclusion section in GA account.

Is there not a proper fix for this issue? i cannot be the only one facing this.

The proper way is to figure out which IP-s are clicking you AD and adding them into your account so google doesn't show you ad to that IP anymore.

There are always workarounds even for this solution. But it's the least you can do

In paid ads, especially Google Ads, nowadays, sophisticated blackhat click farms are used and unfortunately, they are so sophisticated that NOTHING can really be done to stop fraud clicks. Certain niches are more prone to fraudulent clicks and certain niches are less prone to fraudulant clicks. Fraud clicks can sometimes be minimized through appropriate campaign changes / tweaks.

And, with Clickcease, etc if you even pay, that is NOT to stop such click fraud. There is NO WAY to stop click frauds.
Clickcease, etc, like any other company in the world, will succeed only by mis-selling to you. If you pay Clickcease, etc, the ONLY thing they will do is to provide you a detailed click fraud report, which you have to submit to Google Ads with the hope that Google Ads may consider crediting your Google Ads account for some amount of those fraudulent clicks.

Some niches are sadly insanely clickfrauded and there's really nothing you can do against it I think google also limits up to 200 blacklisted IP's at a time which is very annoying something we just have to deal with unfortunately

I've paid thousands in fake clicks to google, they only give half of it back usually without any evidence. Their algo is now super good at detecting fake/multiple clicks now so it has reduced click fraud over the years, which is great for advertisers.

There are many more tools in the market which also helps are like PPC Protect, AdSecure and ClickGaurd.

any tool that works on automation with bing ads?

You can send an e-mail to Google or contact your server company and ask them to block IP blocking, or you can disable the unknown part from the female-male-unknown options in Google Ads options.
