Default CTR THEME is blackhat? From 0.03% to 1% on a day

i was checking some forums about CTR Theme and it turns out that... it actually works BUT, i'm not suer about if it's safe. I was checking the Adsense policies and i found out that putting the 2 336x280 blocks before the tittle could be a violation of the rules... so i need your advises about this. I love the idea to increase the CTR but , i want to keep my adsense account safe too.

also the other thing i saw is... the adsense code is different and in the polices says that you won't modify in any way the adsense code....

For CTR Theme you're supposed to use the push down images to keep the ads below the fold.

Example:

oh i haven;t seen them...is a fixed image right? so... all the post will have the same image.... so... looks like a trick for adsense... does anyone get kicked for this theme? i mean... that they know it was for the theme... not just kicked and believe it was for the theme

You can use the same images sitewide or different ones for each post.

what about the code modification?

Not directly on topic, but I bought CTR Theme using the coupon code somewhere here and it's amazing.

Yes, CTR theme can give very good CTR. There is nothing to be worried about. It is the positioning and color combo that gives such good results, I think. I've personally gotten way higher CTRs with no problems.
