Default Buying expired domains and flipping

Hi everyone.

I am trying out a new strategy at the moment. This involves buying expired domains with PR, then setting up a site on it, and then selling it on Flippa.

I'm thinking I would get around $200-400 for a PR if it is on a good topic like casino etc?

Anyone else do this? Does it work well for you?

what i have experienced with this domain buy/sell business, is that there are services out there that actually run scripts thru a database that constantly checks (several times a minute) for good names that expire, (thats how backorder services work) so the chances for getting a good site for a low price is fairly small. but its possible tho ...

if ur in the 200-400 range, i would rather use sedo and get a TLD there, sit on it for a couple months, and resell it.. by best friend does this for a living (only buying on sedo) and gets away with 10k a month NET.. april was a record month for him, NET-ing him 140k from 3 great TLD sales (he started out with just 150ish $ 3 years ago with 3 LLLL.com domains)
