Cleary you cannot

And you say you always work towards a resolution but why do i always have to chase you? Even yesterday you said you'll have this done and nothing was done per usual

How can I not open a dispute ive warned and told you probably 5x... Because fiest off work was not done and took forever even though TAT was 3 days or something took a month or so for you to complete whatever that is.

Gave you examples of what to do and you still asked me for samples...

You keep saying it'll be done till be done thats why this dispute was opened

Like I've stated before the campaign started I asked if you can do peptides niche in Canada you stated yes

I understand the buyer's concerns regarding the delays, and I have already acknowledged that there were delays during the replacement process.

My position remains the same: before starting the campaign, I shared the content for approval and proceeded only after receiving approval from the buyer. When concerns were later raised, I did not refuse support and agreed to provide replacement work. The screenshots and timeline provided show that I remained in communication with the buyer and continued working toward a resolution.

I have now provided all relevant information and evidence available from my side and will leave the matter to staff for review.

Another issue with you is you even told us you would get the work done yesterday then you come up with an excuse can't do it anymore because I've opened a dispute.. Like what??

To clarify, I was not refusing to complete the replacement work because a dispute was opened.

The buyer's revised requirements were different from the original campaign. After receiving his feedback and examples, I was focusing on creating new replacement content that better matched what he was looking for.

As shown in our messages, I acknowledged the buyer's examples, requested time to work on the revised content, and intended to proceed with the replacement.

However, once the dispute was opened, my focus shifted to responding to staff, gathering evidence, and addressing the dispute process. My statement was not meant to say that I could no longer do the work because of the dispute.

My intention was to resolve the matter and work toward a solution, not avoid it.
 
If you look at the dates of my messages with him it's always me chasing him on when works going to get done as he always says today today then nothing ever gets done thats why this dispute was opened. And some times he won't even reply back to me but he'll bump up his thread.....
 
@MR_SOOMRO @Deezy88 Do either of you have any further evidence to submit? We don't require a paragraphs long response here, just a yes or no will suffice.

Situation Resolved, Thread Closed

This thread is locked as the results are that we recommend that @MR_SOOMRO (the accused) issues a 50% refund to @Deezy88 (the accuser), that being a sum of $279.65.

Our judgement reflects the belief that there were issues on both sides of this dispute. The accuser failed to complete the work that was requested of them and then, later, also failed to complete said work again, citing their involvement in this dispute. We did not believe this excuse held much water. However, we do recognise that they sunk a not insignificant amount of time into the work that they did put into this project.

We believe the accuser was extremely demanding at times with their instructions and communication. While that in itself is not a crime by any stretch of the imagination, we believe they could have been more patient with the accused and have been clearer with their demands and instructions from the outset.

Our decision is final. We will now open a three-way DM between the two parties to complete the refund process.
