I've given him a second chance to make new posts in a peptides community and showed examples

Hello,

I acknowledge this dispute.

The buyer raised concerns regarding the original campaign, and I agreed to provide replacement work. The buyer then provided a new subreddit, examples, and specific content directions, which I acknowledged and was actively working on.

I will provide the complete timeline and screenshots shortly.

Thank you.

As shown in the attached screenshots, after the buyer raised concerns regarding the original campaign, I agreed to provide replacement work.

The buyer then provided a new direction, examples, and specific content requirements. To ensure I matched his expectations correctly, I requested additional examples and clarification before proceeding.

The buyer subsequently shared multiple examples, which I acknowledged, and I confirmed that I was preparing the replacement content.

Please also note the timestamps shown in the screenshots. They demonstrate that the buyer and I were actively discussing and refining the replacement solution, and that I was working toward completing the agreed replacement work.

At no point did I refuse the replacement work. We were actively discussing and refining the replacement solution when this dispute was opened.

I am happy to provide any additional information requested by staff.

My intention throughout this process was to resolve the buyer's concerns. After receiving additional requirements and examples from the buyer, I continued working with him on a replacement solution rather than refusing support or abandoning the order. I remain willing to cooperate fully and reach a fair resolution.

But thanks.

He mentioned he's going to redo it so I'll wait and see. He said he'll do it by tonight

HI, @SettingSun77

I have already invested significant time into the project, including research, content preparation, campaign execution, revisions, and working on the replacement solution. I have also prepared part of the replacement content already.

The peptide niche on Reddit requires extra care because content is frequently filtered or removed, which makes the process slower than standard Reddit campaigns.

Since work has already been completed and additional time has been invested into the replacement process, I believe a partial refund after deducting the value of completed work and service costs would be a fair resolution. However, I am also willing to continue working toward a solution if preferred.

@Deezy88 What are your thoughts on this?

I do not think that is fair whst so ever as you can see he said he would have the work done today and nothing was done again..

The work he did was irrelevant a kindergartener could have done that. The work he did has no use for me whatsoever no keywords was even used and it was in local subs which had nothing to do with peptides

In my dispute i believe I requested a refund because I don't think his quality of work is up to par and I always have to ask what's going on.

@SettingSun77

Before the campaign started, I shared the content and campaign details with the buyer and requested approval before proceeding.

As shown in the attached screenshot, the buyer reviewed the content and responded with "looks good thanks", after which I proceeded with the campaign.

The campaign was not started without the buyer's approval.

I even gave you a sub to look at and you didn't even look at it. Before the campaign began you asked me for my keywords

None of them were used 0

After the buyer later raised concerns regarding the campaign, I did not refuse support and agreed to work on a replacement solution.

The attached screenshots show that the buyer provided additional examples and revised requirements. I requested clarification to ensure I matched his expectations correctly and continued working toward the replacement solution.

I remained in communication with the buyer throughout the process and was actively trying to resolve the matter.

I have provided all relevant information and evidence available from my side. I respectfully leave the matter in the hands of staff and trust that a fair decision will be made after reviewing the complete timeline and evidence from both parties.

Thank you.
