DeepLinkerPro- Verdict?

Seems like Josh Spaulding- the creator of DeepLinkerPro -a web directory submitter, launched a working, version 2.0 of the product around the end of June.

Anyone used this before? Anyone knows if it's even safe to use this after the Penguin update?

NO TOOL is taboo after Penguin.
NO LINK has definitely become a bad link.
SOME services are bad.*

AVOID;

• Too many links of the same type
• Using crap content
• Not mixing your anchor texts
• Linking to a crappy site with poor onsite SEO,
• *Linking from services that use known "PR farms".

But that's not a tool's fault, that would be the users fault.
Josh's tool is fine. Buy the credits you need. Use the free ones provided if you were a previous 1.0 user, set up the campaigns correctly, don't overdo it.
It's a directory link but provides the ability to deep link to your own domains.
Use that function wisely - and you'll be fine
Hammer your site with crappy links thoughtlessly and you probably won't be.

Completely agree with Scritty. We live in an internet marketing age where most users blame the creators for something the creators did not do. At the end of the day, the tools are tools and the user is the one who is at fault if SERPs do decrease especially with submission tools like this.

Yes, what you said there Scritty makes sense. Too many people out there abusing tools. I was simply a little skeptical of using it after penguin because big G is after diversity and getting a ton on directory links ain't gonna do much good. So, use it in a limited manner is the answer here.

And for the record, I am all for creators of software. At the end of the day, only a user can decide how he doth choose to use it.
