Not a lot, but yes.
It's somewhat the exact opposite of the regular internet

I don't see any Pros for the Dark web to services that are parallel to here.

The dark web is the parts of the internet that Google and other mainstream search engines purposefully do not index. This is either because they are not updated to current security requirements, they violate laws or they have viruses. Some of the dark web is private folders and servers that are set to open access on purpose or accident. You can actually find those files with proper google search commands.
