If I link from one page on a high PR blog to different pages on my website, will I still get link juice going to both pages?

Is this the recommended way to link to each page of your website since the anchor text will be the same as your optimized page?

Yes you will, although if you imagine the link juice in a bucket and each outbound link is a little hole, the more hole the less link juice you actually get.

It is always good to use the keyword anchor text that matches the optimised content on your page, but also remember to have a good degree of brand, url and <img> anchor text links so that you are displaying a natural link spread to the Gods @ Google.

No I don?t agree with this
I think it's more like each link can only carry X amount of link juice

How so? A given page on a website can only have so much link juice, which then filters down into howver many pages, subpages and external links that are present on that page. Sure these can be controlled by nofollow rules etc, but ultimately IMO the link juice is shared. Would be interested to hear the link juice limit though :)
