If I were to operate a Facebook account that is under someone else's name in another country (I'm in USA) and attach my credit card with my name to that ad account could I still deduct those ad expenses from my taxes and how would I show that I paid Facebook for those ads? With my personal account I would get a receipt with my name on it and the last four numbers of my credit card but if I'm buying ads from a fake FB with someone else's name would that cause problems with the IRS even though my credit card is paying for the ads?

Also is there any reason to think using a fake FB account to buy ads is illegal? I can't think of any reason why it would be.
