dedicated vps that actally works for editing wikipedia

Hi,
I've been researching dedicated proxy's and vps's for a while, for the purpose of editing wikipedia. Every service I use, most of the IP's are blocked on wiki.
Anyone have any ideas?

To clarify, I prefer dedicated ip's.

HI, you will need to have many ips and those ips need to be rotated in order to prevent your ip being blocked.
