Dedicated server recommendations

I'm looking for a good place to get dedicated server. I will not be posting spam, but I will be doing a LOT of search engine scraping (through proxies). I was looking at Leaseweb but came across a thread that said their service quality has dropped quite a bit since they got hammered for hosting torrent sites so now I'm on the hunt for alternatives.

I need Windows Server 2008 R2 and SQL 2008.

VPS offered by Blackhat solutions is a good one, loaded with all the stuffs you need. I think the owner is a respected member here in BHW. Search it on google.

Also you can try out Hostwinds if you have the SEO tools. If you want preinstalled, then your best bet is to find ones like BHTVPS or Blackboxrdp.
