Dedicated Server HELP URGENT

I need someone who is good with dedicated server.How to use dedicated server IP address on AMS (Advanced Mail Sender) or how to get STMP IP from the dedicated and used it to send emails on AMS 4.3. If you can kindly send me a message or any suggestion.I'm new to dedicated server.

you need to setup exim on the mailing server, setup authentication, and then setup ip rotation if you want that too. and advanced mass sender is a tool like from 2001. There are many other things here, like interspire which do a much better job

First, Interspire is much better than AMS.
To actually send e-mails, you either need to set up your own SMTP server or use some external service. If you intend to send high volumes, then IP rotation is what you're looking for.

Thanks for the help and suggestions.Still looking around because I want to fully understand how dedicated servers works and how to do mass mailing because I'm planning of sending large list emails.
