Dedicated proxies without any downtimes

Who has the most reliable dedicated proxies? I need proxies that stay online for a month at least without any downtimes.

I bought some and half of them are already offline after 2 days.

most suppliers should allow a swap if the down time is an issue at there end
and theres always a chance of a down time the longer you want to retain it.
 
Proxy downtime? That's pretty bad experience. Did you get a replacement though for the offline proxies?
