We are looking for a dedicated server to host our mailing MTAs. We were using Shinjiru but they were crap and need a better replacement.

why dont you try cloud hostinng?

rackspace is a good one, Amazon too is an option.

How many emails are you sending out monthly?
Does your emails cause the IP's you mail off to be black listed?
