Basically it depends on the specific purpose you are going to do with those software.
There are a lot of things that indivial software can do.

So try to be specific of your task so better the recommendation comes

For posting: Shared/ Dedi proxies (depends on your budget)
For scraping: Public proxies (because these gets blacklisted quickly)

Depends on your budget if you think shared proxies worth with your pennies so then go ahead for shared proxies (things to aware it is been shared atleast 3-5 users). If you want to spend more money and more control then dedicated is your answer

Dedicated is worth it. Instantproxies replaces your proxies whenever they burn out too.
