Lithuania is quite close to Estonia, and there is one nice DC - bacloud.com
Poland is next "target" if you are looking for something close to Estonia - there is sprintdatacenter.pl
Petersburg is also quite close to Estonia, there is also nice dc - veesp.com (but they are quite expensive)

P.S.
Ovh have datacenter in Poland, and its possible to rent in Warsaw server from ovh "game" offer. You cant go wrong with that if ping to Warsaw is ok for you.
