Dedicated IP from Surfshark versus a proxy for tiktok US

So before I found the posts at this forum I bought a one year vpn subscription from surfshark and then also the dedicated IP addon in order to open a TikTok US account. But then after finding here it turns out that proxies are much better for tiktok compared to VPNs. But is this also the case for dedicated VPNs? Will it still get shadowbanned even though no one else uses the ip? Should I cancel the dedicated IP for a 4g mobile proxy?

YEAH The proxy can operate as a content filter so that the user isn't accessing certain content.
It can also operate as a cache. The proxy can pull commonly accessed websites and store the data helping with the end user experience.
A VPN is just another kind of proxy essentially. You're creating an encrypted tunnel from the VPN server to your computer.

Tiktok detects VPN endpoints by checking for datacenter IPs, if the dedicated IP you have is a datacenter IP address, it ain't any better than the normal vpn.

TikTok can detect your dedicated VPN. Use only 4g mobile proxies.
