Dedicated Black/White Hat FTP

Hey guys,

I have been bouncing this idea back and forth inside my head.

A dedicated FTP server set up to host Black Hat Tools, and White Hat PDF methods of promotion.

Would you use something like this? Would you contribute?

Would a ratio be necessary? Payment would be needed to cover bandwidth costs of non rationed members.

I would contribute, but not if I had to pay, then I would not contribute. >.>

I'd pay..... as long as i learn ways to make dough..
