Decreasing DA

I'm going through my disavow file again but there weren't any high DA domains in there.

What are you guys opinions about that Alexa rank?

It isn't you who disavowed them brah.. It is highly possible that the HIGH DA do follow backlinks that you had, are now no follow

Or the admins of those websites, removed your link or article from their site.

Thanks for all the replies, they are really helpful.

I saw a few 'toxic' backlinks and I'm going to fix the ones that get a 404 and edit my disavow file.

I don't have a problem content-wise. Good quality, length and I post almost every day.

I'm going to set up an advocacy system to generate some buzz.

Backlinks are coming naturally because of the good content (+ 2515 in December) but I will try some other techniques as explained on this forum to increase those stats.

dont use disavow file unless you get a manually penalty from google. no one besides google knows what are toxic links. if they are toxic, then google would not count them. using disavow file, often times results in lower ranking.

Major reasons of decreasing domain authority of a site are
Bad links to your website
Poor quality of content on your site
Poor and bad quality of external links with do-follow on your site
Improve your overall SEO

Thanks for all the replies!

The quality of the content is very good (i appear in the answer box with a few keywords (as well as long tail ones). I'm going to stop disavowing links for know and see what it does.

Overall SEO has a 100/100 score.

I will step up my backlink strategy to see if that helps.
