Decrease Bounce Rate with timed GA Event

Hi,

is it possible to decrease the bounce rate of a page when i create a Tag with the Google Tag Manager which has a timed GA Event?

I think when this event is timed very quick, i should decrease the bounce rate.

Is this possible? Other solutions?
