Decompile APK and change admob publisher id

Hi there,

I am looking to hire a freelancer immediately to decompile an APK of an app that I own on the Play Store. My developer that I paid to develop it is holding back on the source code and is trying to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to just change the existing admob publisher id. There is ONE interstitial ad that just needs the admob publisher id changed.

I do own this app. Please contact me if you think you can do this.

Play Store apps are signed. If you change the ID it'll change the checksum and needs be signed again. Won't work.
