has this ever happened to anyone else who uses decodo? did it negatively affact your accounts? how long do you think this outage is going to last?

Yeah, I’ve had that happen too. It’s frustrating, but I don’t think it usually affects your account. Hopefully they get it fixed Soon. Hard to say how long the outage will last until they give an update

The outage itself wouldn’t be the part I’d worry about. I’d check the exit IPs when the service comes back, especially if you were using sticky sessions
If the IP or geo suddenly changed, that can matter more to an existing session than the downtime itself

Doesn't look like an isolated issue. Their recent status history shows several ISP/DC incidents, including a UK ISP disruption that has been ongoing since Aug 26.
he outage itself probably isn't what would hurt the accounts. I wouldn't keep retrying aggressively or switch the same accounts through a bunch of random proxies. Better to pause them and verify the IP/geo/ASN first when service is restored.
As for how long it'll last, nobody outside Decodo can really know. Several of their recent incidents were resolved within hours, but this one has obviously lasted much longer.
