Decent script to create Amazon Affilaites or other affiliate ready websites

Hi,
i am looking for a way to create affiliate (amazon or others) websites including content. They must be good looking and seo ready.
They should also populate content. I dont care for duplicate content as i will have the content rewritten by real humans. Which script would you recommend.

Important for me:

- decent looking templates
- good conversion rates
- not much work to setup
- easy to change written content
- masked affiliate links

Any one can help me out?

I am looking for a decent solution of course i could use wp and some plugins in fact i did this before too but i would like to know if there is some rally good script that is worth the money.

I use wordpress with reviewazon plugin. However, it might not work the best with the default Amazon posts and you would perhaps need to mix up some unique content or SEO a bit more to push it up. But the good part about reviewazon is that it automatically creates posts and you can schedule for upto weeks and months in advance. But then if possible mix up some unique content too for better SERPs unless you want to do massive SEO.
